Special Yoga For Girls & Women

Most of the women are busy taking care of her family, it’s more important to spend some time on her health. Yogini Sujatha has designed a special yoga program for women’s and girls to help at all stages of their ages.

Yoga for women health

Practicing yoga regularly will help to move away from general health issues like hormonal imbalance, knee pain, joint pain, hip pain, shoulder pain, irregular periods, menstrual cramps, and menopause related issues.

Pre-natal yoga

Our yoga therapist will focus on gentle stretching and strengthening, and mental centering. It’s a great way to stay active for both mother and the baby.

Post-natal yoga

This form of yoga poses focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and depression after giving birth. You can start practicing yoga a few days to a few weeks after childbirth depending on individuals’ comfort and doctors’ recommendation.

Pre-teen & teen kids

This is very important stage for girls to shape their future by building their inner, outer strength, and self-esteem.
